若歷史留在空間里的線索是建筑，音樂便是時間的余韻?！敖ㄖ悄痰囊魳贰?，德國作家歌德曾如此贊頌建筑給予人的體驗。并論兩者，售樓處設計透過比例和結構布局，引人產生和諧或不同強度的情緒震撼，占據抽象、具象兩端的藝術，本質上卻擁有極致相似性。

透過垂直量體錯落而成的進退面，售樓處設計入口處迎來有機交疊輪廓，如五線譜層層起伏，歌頌著大海的無限姿態，浪花在擊上巖石的轟隆聲中滂薄散落。水平線延展如冬日寧靜的海流，于蒼茫天際下緩緩蕩漾。售樓處設計以建筑曲度呈現音樂流動之感，呼應大?；蜉p快、或沉著，來回往復、高低強弱構成浪花起伏姿態。

銜接兩座量體的廊道是幕間音樂，輕柔笛聲為主音，售樓處設計在壯闊開場的序曲與第二場域洶涌多變間，舒緩觀者情緒，海面平穩，個人心緒因而得到放松。
The corridor connecting the two volumes is the interlude music, with the soft flute as the main sound. Between the grand opening prelude and the turbulent and changeable field of the second scene, the audience's mood is relieved, the sea is stable, and the individual's mood is thus relaxed.
